Check the airport code before the hotel address
Dubai International is DXB. Dubai World Central, also called Al Maktoum International, is DWC. They are separate airports. Dubai Airports puts the distance between them at approximately 60 km, so a booking for the wrong airport is not a minor terminal change. Landing time is not your meeting time
After landing, you still need to leave the aircraft, complete any arrival formalities and collect checked luggage. Give the transfer provider your flight number and scheduled arrival date. Describe luggage, not just passengers
Four travellers with four cabin bags have a different space requirement from four travellers with large suitcases and a pushchair. Send a bag count and approximate sizes. Mention sports equipment or mobility equipment separately. Ask the provider to confirm the combination of seats and usable luggage room, especially when every seat will be occupied.

Read the fare as a complete journey
Before confirming, check whether parking, tolls, waiting and additional stops are included or charged separately. Review the cancellation and flight-delay conditions.
