Information we collect

When you submit a transfer inquiry, SayarahGo may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off details, travel date and time, passenger count, luggage details, and message content.

How information is used

Inquiry details are used to arrange your journey, answer booking questions and provide customer support. Submitting a booking does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Website and security data

The website uses connection and browser information for spam prevention, security checks and service reliability. For submitted enquiries, encrypted connection IP addresses, limited browser details and lookup results are kept in restricted administrator diagnostics for up to seven days. They are not included in sales notifications.

We attach available campaign tags and referring website information to submitted enquiries to understand how customers find us. Optional advertising cookies follow your cookie preferences.

We send your connection IP address to ipapi.is to estimate your city and country for enquiry follow-up and service analysis. The location saved with your enquiry is approximate and may be inaccurate. This does not use your device’s precise location.

Google reCAPTCHA helps protect our booking forms from spam. Google processes technical information for this check under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We measure anonymous booking steps and active time in the form to improve the booking experience. Summaries are kept for up to 90 days without contact details, trip addresses, booking references or raw IP addresses. On both Pakistan and UAE pages, visitors outside Europe can be counted independently of optional cookie choices. Visitors detected in Europe, or whose country cannot be established, are counted only after accepting optional analytics. Google Analytics continues to follow your cookie preferences. Country checks use a local DB-IP database; they do not send your IP address to a location service.

Sharing information

Booking enquiries are stored securely on our website and sent to Yelowsoft to arrange your journey. Google Maps processes location searches. Details may also be shared with our authorised operational team and service partners where needed to provide your requested service.

Retention and updates

Inquiry records may be retained for operational follow-up, reporting, and customer support. You can contact the team to request correction or deletion where applicable.
