Terms & Conditions
Website purpose
The SayarahGo website provides information about planned private transfer services and allows users to submit transfer inquiries for airport, hotel, city, and custom travel needs.
Inquiry and booking status
Submitting an inquiry does not by itself confirm vehicle availability, route acceptance, timing, pricing, or booking status. Details must be reviewed through the approved booking or support process.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, timing, flight, passenger, luggage, and contact details. Changes should be communicated as early as possible through the available support channel.
Availability and route limits
Routes, vehicle options, full-day schedules, multi-stop plans, and UAE-wide travel are subject to availability, timing, route feasibility, and operational confirmation.
Third-party services
Where service partners or operational providers are involved, their own terms, rules, or requirements may also apply to the confirmed transfer.
